Thibaud VERMILLARD
An agricultural engineer by training, I decided in 2012, at the age of 25, to renovate the family vineyard that was run by my grandfather. Aware of the qualitative potential of my terroir, I restructured it to give it back its historical dimension. I carry out experimental vinifications until 2019 before moving on to the next level by creating the Ampelhus estate with Jenia VASILJEVA.

Jenia VASILJEVA
Of Lithuanian origin and a pharmacist by profession, I fell in love with the landscapes and terroirs of the Languedoc during a trip in 2014. I learnt the French language at the same time as winegrowing. After various experiences in the wine industry, particularly in export, I will be working alongside Thibaud in 2019 to bring the Ampelhus estate to life.
